The house rules are the differentiator. The in-house chef cooks anything from five-course plated dinners to finger food, but outside caterers are explicitly welcome; two stocked bars and a built-in sound system come with the room; decorating happens without time pressure; and events can run past midnight — a sentence almost no venue in this directory can print. An in-house coordinator, licensed and insured, doubles as an officiant.
