Incline Village's community-owned timber ballroom above the golf course — public-district pricing with a private-club look.
The Chateau is Incline Village's community showpiece: a timber-and-stone event house on the mountain golf course, owned and operated by the Incline Village General Improvement District. Its 5,200-square-foot Grand Ballroom — vaulted ceilings, stacked-stone fireplaces — divides into three rooms to fit the celebration, and ceremonies choose between the 10th tee box, a creekside clearing along the back nine (up to 100 guests), or, for IVGID Picture Pass holders in the shoulder months, the lakefront Burnt Cedar Peninsula.
Because a public district runs it, the paperwork is refreshingly municipal: a published wedding packet, facility fees listed by season and day, and a rental that includes the deck, heat lamps, dressing quarters, dance floor, and furniture. It books like a civic treasure — which, in Incline Village, it is.
No current published offers. Check with The Chateau at Incline Village directly — and tell them Tahoe Weddings sent you.
IVGID publishes a wedding packet with facility fees by season and day (reception fees roughly $3,990–$8,490 per its published materials); rental includes the building, deck, heat lamps, Bride & Groom's Quarters, dance floor, and tables/chairs setup.
